Villiaba, Leyte


The Villaba, Leyte, is discoverd by Boholano the merchants. The Boholano businessmen went to west coast and found healthy crops, since then, they make their houses into the river and the countryside and it will flourish.  On the river, increased in abundance fancy tree called the "Hindang. So the people live thier called the river "HAMINDANGON.

Villaba are the fourth class city in the province of Leyte, Philippines. According to the  2000 census villiaba has a population of  36,042 people in 7787 to housing.
